Personally identifying information that you provide to JustMiniSplits.com will not be made available to third parties outside of JustMiniSplits.com without your explicit permission.


"Personally identifying information" is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information like your real name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, etc.


Shipping Information

Your product will be mostly will be delivered in 3-10 business days depending upon your geographical location. If you are close to our warehouse, you should receive the unit/product within 3-5 business days, for any North or West Coast area, it will take approximately 5-10 days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out. Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska.

Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforeseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. We do our best to ship the product either same or the next day.


Please make sure to inspect the units before they are taken off the freight truck. If you find any damage please do not accept the order, and contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement unit/product. Unfortunately in most cases we can not replace the units if you sign for them which clears the freight company of any and all liability. This is not our policy. It is the policy of the freight companies we use to ship our products.


If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if damaged / defective and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost to you (please read terms above to clarify). Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.


If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused same return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will still apply.

* All returns and replacements must be requested within 15 days after the receipt of the product. *

 *5-year on compressor and 2-years other parts.
* Registration card will be sent in the package, this card should be filled by HVAC technician (installer).
A lot of customers have called us asking if they install the unit without the licensed AC company, will their warranty be void? Answer to that question is Yes. Unfortunately no brand or manufacturer can take the responsibility of the equipment if it was not professionally installed.
